RETAIL SALES WOMEN

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Assistant Fashion Stylist to join our creative team.

As a sales woman and Fashion Stylist, you will play a vital role in assisting our customers in creating visually captivating and trendsetting looks for various customers.

Your keen eye for detail, strong fashion sense, and exceptional organizational skills will contribute to the overall success of our styling.

If you love to sell and have leadership qualities, We are looking for a fashion savvy professional to manage our boutique and be our top sales associate.

Additionally, the boutique manager will be expected to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers and ensure that all merchandise is properly displayed and well-maintained.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Manage opening and closing procedures.
• Be confident working with members of the public and strong communication skills.
• Provide a store experience that reflects exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to retain customer loyalty and build the reputation of the boutique.
• Deliver a positive, friendly experience by engaging the customer through conversation and service.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Develop creative marketing strategies to promote the boutique and its products.
• Be active and able to work on the shop floor for a majority of the day and be able to lift stock.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the boutique.
• Answer the phone with proper etiquette.
• Merchandising inventory and restocking when needed.

SKILLS:

• Marketing via Social Media - Instagram, Facebook.
• Process POS (Point Of Sale) purchases.
• Knowledge in Excel Spreadsheet.

EXPERIENCE:

• Retail Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

SHIFT:

• Full Time (8hr Shift)
• Part Time (Sunday-Thursday - 3:00PM-7:00PM)
• Sunday through Thursday

COMPENSATION:

• Competitive base salary
• Commission
• Bonuses

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Shift:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Monsey, NY 10952: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
